Sundaravalli NarayanaswamiDr. Sundaravalli Narayanaswami is on the faculty, Public Systems Group at IIM Ahmedabad, India. She earned her PhD in industrial engineering and operations research from IIT Bombay India, after a master's in computer science. Her teaching and esearch interests are mainly in transportation studies. Her scholarly articles on urban transportation, intelligent transportation systems and transportation modeling are well published and read. She was a fellow of the British Computer Society and she serves on the international editorial board of the Annals of Management Science. She has a rich consultancy experience with government organizations in policy decisions on transportation, technology and management.
