Supriya SrivastavaDr. Supriya Srivastava is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Shoolini University, Himachal Pradesh. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Sociology from Lucknow University and an MBA in HRM from PTU. With 14+ years of teaching and resarch experience, her work spans HRM, gender studies, social development, and disaster management. She has published widely in national and international journals, contributed to book chapters, and holds several copyrights.
