Suresh ChandraSuresh Chandra is a postgraduate in English literature and a gold medalist in BA English. After serving in various departments of Central and State governments he retired as a Deputy Commissioner Sales Tax UP. Since his retirement in 1992 he is assocated with several small and big NGOs.
