Surya Prakash PatiSurya Prakash Pati is associated with the Human Resource Management Group of IIM Kozhikode for the last 10 years. He obtained his Master’s in chemistry from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, Prashanthi Nilayam. After abrief work experience in the pharmaceutical sector, he spent six enriching years in IIM Lucknow for his doctoral studies. He researches in the areas of spirituality and management, employee engagement and dirty work and has published in many reputed national and international journals. He is also an avid trainer and is involved as a consultant with many organizations associated with the Government of India.
