Susan Rukeyser

Susan Rukeyser wrote the novel Not On Fire, Only Dying (Twisted Road Publications, 2015), an SPD Fiction Bestseller and a finalist for the 2016 Lascaux Fiction Prize. Her chapbook Swap / Meet (Space Cowboy Books, 2018), is a loosely-linked collecton of tiny stories inspired by classified ads. She edited Feckless Cunt: A Feminist Anthology and published it under her imprint: world split open press. Her short fiction and creative nonfiction appear in a variety of journals including Hippocampus Magazine, Atticus Review, WhiskeyPaper, Women Writers, Women's Books, and River Teeth. For three years she was the Reviews Editor for Necessary Fiction.
