Susana SilvaSusana Silva is a Lecturer at ESHT/P.PORTO. President of the Pedagogical Council and member of the Scientifical Council at ESHT/P.PORTO. with graduation, master and PhD in Psychology. She teaches in degree and master courses in restaurant management,tourism, and hospitality. Member of the Unit of eLearning and Pedagogical Innovation of P.PORTO between 2019-2021, member of the Scientific and Pedagogical Council of this Unit between 2021-2022. Principal researcher CEOS.PP – Centre of organizational and social studies and as research collaborator CiTUR – Centre for Tourism Research, Development and Innovation since 2018.
