Sushil Shendge

Sushil Shendge is an officer of the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) and currently serves as Joint Commissioner of Income Tax in the Ministry of Finance, Government of India.

Sushil is a medial doctor by training, he holds an MBBS and an MD from institutions in Mumbai and Delhi.

With extensive experience in tax investigation and intelligence-led enforcement across Maharashtra, his work has involved complex searches and high-stakes economic offence cases, earning professional recognition.

His fiction draws on this background to explore the moral and psychological dimensions of investigation. Tempered Proof is his debut novel.
