Suvra Sekhar DasSuvra Sekhar Das (Member, IEEE) received a B.Eng. degree in electronics and communication engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, India, and a Ph.D. degree from Aalborg University, Aalborg, Denmark. He was the Senior Scientist of he Innovation Laboratory, Tata Consultancy Services. He is currently an associate professor with the G. S.
