Her writing journey began around the age of 45, inspired by her friendship with quadriplegic artist William Heard. This led to her first book, Providence Road, a memoir detailing her near-death experience and quest for purpose. As a grandmother, Suzanne turned to children's literature, crafting stories that blend imagination with life lessons.
