Since 1995 she has been Planning Consultant at the Dementia Service Development Centre, University of Stirling, Sotland, where she is involved in consultancy, development and research with a particular emphasis on collaborative interagency working. John Keady is a lecturer in nursing at the University of Wales, Bangor. He previously worked as a community psychiatric nurse in a community dementia team in Meirionnydd, North Wales.
