T Durant FlemingDurant knew something was amiss when his parents sat him down to inform him that he would be repeating the third grade. As a result of the critical support he received, Durant stumbled forward, on through elementary school and into middle school, it as in high school that he began to gain academic traction. It was in high school that he actively began exploring his dyslexia.Completing his undergraduate degree in Communications, he happily gathered three Masters degrees and earned his doctorate. He then went on to become a career educator, first as a teacher, a vice principal, then as a Head of School.
