T. L. Mitchell

Thomas Livingstone Mitchell (1792-1855) was a Scottish explorer and surveyor who played a significant role in the exploration of Australia. As the Surveyor-General of New South Wales, Mitchell led several expeditions into the interior of the contient, mapping vast areas and documenting new discoveries.
