Talin KaloustianTalin Kaloustian has worked in the aerospace industry as a system engineer for thirty-two years. Despite having an Engineering degree, she didn't know exactly why the sky was blue before she wrote this book.

Janice Prey Wolfe is a professinal San Francisco Bay Area artist, illustrator and portraitist who specializes in watercolor, theatrical scenic design and scenic painting. She is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, and continues to include much of the science and art she learned in her projects. With the goal of fostering respectful awareness of our surroundings, she has continued to add to her "Scenic California" series of paintings and prints. Ms Wolfe illustrated the children's picture book "Rockrhydin" published by Fern Forest Enterprises, and has truly enjoyed working with Talin on "Is the Sky Always Blue?".
