Tamer Ali SebaeyTamer Sebaey graduated with honors in Industrial and Production Engineering in 2002, becoming a best-in-class student. Tamer commenced a career in academia as a Teaching Assistant at Zagazizg University and pursued a Master's degree with a specializaion in lightweight structures. In 2009, he secured a scholarship from the Catalan Government, leading to an academic stint at the University of Girona. He completed his PhD which yielded nine research papers published in renowned Q1 journals, and received the coveted “Best Thesis Award” for the year. He contributed to institutions such as Qatar University, the University of Limerick in Ireland, and Prince Sultan University in Saudi Arabia. Currently, Tamer is a Full-Professor of Manufacturing and Design at Prince Sultan University. He has published over 100 papers, predominantly in Q1 journals and participated actively in more than 30 international academic events. His h-index is nearly 30and he successfully secured external funding amounting to approximately 1.5 million USD. He was granted external funding from Qatar foundation, Spanish Government, Government of Catalonia, and European Union. Tamer is a co-founder and leader in the domain of composite materials within the Structures and Materials Research Lab at Prince Sultan University.
