Tammy was born in Webster Springs, WV and raised on Holly River affectionately, known as Jumbo in Webster County, WV. She is a 1977 graduate of Webster County High School and a graduate of Mountain State University. She is the mother of two beautiful daughters and three handsome grandsons.
