She's worked for the founders of the balanced scorecard management system, which originated out of Harvard and she's consulted on strategy implementation around the US. She has been a member of the Executive team for BC Hydro - one of North America's leading providers of clean, renewable energy - with 4,500 employees, annual net income of $400 Million (2007) and 1.7 million customers. Tana was Director, Stakeholder Engagement where she was accountable for involving the public in dialogue with BC Hydro regarding a number of topics including long-term energy planning. Tana holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, B.C. Canada. She was an Executive and Leadership Coach with ViRTUS Inc. - a Vancouver-based organization focused on strategy, leadership, team build- ing - all with a foundation of authentic leadership, emotional and social intelligence.
