Tarek HelmyTarek Helmy is currently with the department of Information and Computer Science, College of Computer Science and Engineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). On leave from the College of Engineering, Department of ComputersEngineering and Automatic Control, Tanta University, Egypt. He received his Ph.D. in Intelligent Systems from Kyushu University, Japan, in 2002. His research interests include Operating Systems, Multi-Agent Systems, Personalized Web Services, and Cooperative Intelligent Systems. He has published more than 40 papers in major international journals and conferences in the fields of cooperative intelligent agents, artificial intelligence and operating systems.
