Taylor OwenTaylor Owen is the Research Director of the Tow Center for Digital Journalism at the the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. He is the founding Editor of the Canadian International Council′s international affairs platform OpenCnada.org, and the Research Director of the Munk Debates. His Doctorate is from the University of Oxford where he was Trudeau Scholar.
