Ted CrossTed Cross is an Associate Dean and Academic Program Director in the College of Business at Western Governors University. Previously, Cross was a Clinical Assistant Professor of Leadership and Management, as well as the Director of Online Programs at he Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. Before coming to ASU Ted worked in a variety of faculty and leadership positions at Grand Canyon University. Cross holds a Doctor in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. In addition, he has a Master of Education from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts in Literature from Arizona State University, a Post Graduate Certificate in HR Management from the Wharton School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University.
