Tessa HillmanThe spiritually sceptical Tessa Hillman trained as a biology teacher at Nottingham University. After the arrival of her first baby she moved on to teaching yoga and running a small holding with her husband and young family. Yoga Teacher Training and oga practise opened Tessa's mind to the spiritual activity which she was yearning for. Never having written stories in her adult life, to her amazement this led to her becoming a channel for stories about yoga philosophy from a Guru in spirit called Guptananda . She turned these stories into two books available on the Internet. Her third book is about her spiritual journey starting off as a very sceptical seeker, being a trained scientist. The proofs that came to her over 30 years showed that life is not simply what can be seen and felt with everyday senses. There are spiritual dimensions-other realms, there is an afterlife and reincarnation does seem to happen. 'Memoir of a Sceptical Seeker' will help people understand how they can be more open to the wonderful mystical aspects of life. Tessa published an online blog: yogastories.co.uk in 2008 which was home to all her channelled stories. Popular in its early years, there were nearly half a million visits to the site. It continues to be available with over 100 therapeutic stories for adults and children. The stories come from all over the world, guides and helpers generously sharing their wisdom from beyond this life on Earth. The first two books are: 'The Great Little Book Of Yoga Stories, Yoga Philosophy for All Ages Book 1' 'Yoga stories from Guru Guptananda. How to be Happy and healthy - Yoga Wisdom Explained Book 2' Read More Read Less
