Theresia M QuigleyTheresia Quigley was a beloved professor of English and Comparative Literature at the Université de Moncton in New Brunswick, Canada. She was the author of two collections of poetry and a collection of essays on the importance of childhood as portrayd in the contemporary Canadian novel. She also co-edited two anthologies of Maritime writing: Poetic Voices of the Maritimes and Maritime Voices: Twentieth Century Stories by Women. She authored numerous literary articles and several short stories. This was her only novel. After her marriage she lived in Riverview, New Brunswick, where she and her husband raised four children. Theresia passed away at the age of eighty-one in August 2021 in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's disease. She is remembered as a loving, thoughtful mother and grandmother. Read More Read Less
