Thomas E. BeemanThomas E. Beeman , PhD , USN (ret), is Professor of Practice in Healthcare Administration at Saint Joseph University. He served in the US Navy for 33 years and completed his service as Assistant Deputy Surgeon General. In addition he had a long caree in Healthcare and ended his career as CEO of Lancaster General Health and COO of Regional Services at Penn Medicine. Dr Beeman holds a PhD from Vanderbilt University, an MBA from Widener University, and a BS and MA from Saint Joseph University. He has served and still serves on numerous boards including in higher education, his research interests include Leadership and Policy. He is co-author of several books and a number of articles.
