Thomas N DueningDr. Tom Duening is Director of Entrepreneurial Programs at the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering, Arizona State University. He has previously served as founder and director of the Entrepreneur & Venture Development Center at the University of Houstn Downtown, and as the assistant dean of the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. Dr. Duening has published numerous trade books on management and business strategy. His most recent book, Business Process Outsourcing: The Competitive Advantage, was published in October 2004 by John Wiley & Sons. Dr. Duening has published numerous articles in business journals, magazines, and newspapers, and popular media often seeks his views on management, business trends, and other issues.
