Thuthukile JitaProf Thuthukile Jita is a Professor in the Department of Curriculum Studies and Higher Education at the University of the Free State (UFS), South Africa. She is the Programme Director for Teaching Practice/Practicum and the Research Coordinator for te Instructional Leadership and Curriculum Implementation Studies (ILCIS) group. Her research focuses on curriculum studies, pre-service teacher education, digital technologies in teaching and learning, Work-Integrated Learning (WIL), and science education. She has published in high-impact international journals, presented at national and global conferences, and supervised several Master’s and Doctoral students to completion.
