Timur AkhmedjanovTimur Akhmedjanov Born 31 December 2001 in Chrchick, Uzbekistan. British teenager of Uzbek origin, currently lives and studies in The Kingdom of Thailand. Growing up in a creative and well-travelled family has inspired him to become a member of the Erasian Creative Guild, as well as a volunteer for the Open Eurasia Literature Festival and Book Forum. He has a passion for drawing, music, making films, and in the future he wants to become a cinematographer. The biggest influence on his creative life is owed to his grandmother, who was a famous town planner in Uzbekistan, along with his parents who are publishing professionals and leading figures in Europe's Eurasian community. This is his third project for Maria Shevel Prize, Timur previously translated and illustrated Menik story by Yakutian writer Ogdo & Elish and The Wicker Tales by Kamran Salayev. Read More Read Less
