Todd Twyman

Todd Twyman is a Professor in the School of Learning and Teaching at Pacific University, where he primarily teaches action research. He was a high school social studies teacher in San Franisco prior to earning his Ph.D. at the University of Oregon, where he specialized in tests and measurement. His research interests include test development and bridging the research to practice gap.
