Tom HattersleyTom is a partner in a business consultancy in Cincinnati, Ohio. He earned a BS from Denison University and a JD from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, NKU. Tom is a Senior Member of the The Enneagram In Business Network and a Certified Teacher in The Nrrative Enneagram. This, his first book, grew out of years of volunteer work in Lebanon Correctional Institute in Ohio. An executive coach, Tom uses the Enneagram personality model both in and out of prison. The word response-ability simply describes his objective, to enable inmates to respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively to life's challenges.
