Tom MullinsTom Mullins was the founding pastor of Christ Fellowship Church, a nondenominational multisite church of more than 30,000 members in south Florida and online worldwide. Tom counts as one of his greatest leadership accomplishments the transitioning ofleadership of the church to his son Todd in 2011. Today, Tom travels internationally to speak on behalf of world-renowned organizations such as EQUIP, Cru (formally known as Campus Crusade for Christ), and Athletes in Action. He and his wife, Donna, are the founders of Place of Hope Children's Home and Place of Hope International Children's Homes. Tom also serves on boards for Place of Hope International and EQUIP. Before founding Christ Fellowship, Tom played and coached high school and college football. He is the author of The Leadership Game and The Confidence Factor. Tom received his undergraduate and master's degrees from Georgetown College and his doctorate from Liberty University.
