Tone Sommerfelt is Senior Researcher at the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO). Her research focuses on changing kinship and marriage practices, mobility, moral politics of ethnicity and religion, and the ethnography of West frica (Gambia, Ghana, Mali).
