She continues to enjoy traveling-especially trekking. Her travel highlights include walking more than five hundred miles solo on the Camino de Santiago to the At-lantic Ocean; trekking to Choquequirao in the Peruvian Andes; trekking the Dingle Way in Ireland; and snorkeling with sea turtles off the island of Xiaoliuqiu while stranded for six months at her daughter's place in Taipei, Taiwan, during the early months of the pandemic.
