Tran Truong ThuyTran Truong Thuy is Senior Research Fellow and Director of the Foundation for East Sea Studies and concurrently Deputy Director General of the Bien Dong Institute at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV). Before joining the DAV, he worked as a poliy analyst at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has written extensively on regional security and maritime issues, and has contributed to a number of reports and policy recommendations for the government and various agencies.
