Tulay AdaliTülay Adali received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, USA, in 1992 and joined the faculty at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC), Baltimore, MD, the same year. She is currenty a Distinguished University Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at UMBC and is the director of the Machine Learning for Signal Processing Lab (MLSP Lab).
