Valada Parker FlewellynAfrican Americans of Sanford is a collaboration of Valada Parker Flewellyn, the Sanford Historical Society, the Sanford Museum, and the families and individuals who contributed materials. Valada Parker Flewellyn is a poet, storyteller, three-time autor, and coauthor of Jack and Jill of America Incorporated: Into the New Millennium, the history of the oldest black family organization in the country.
