Vera Tolz

Vera Tolz is Professor of Russian Studies, University of Manchester.

VERA TOLZ is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Centre for Russian and East European Studies at the University of Birmingham and a Senior Research Analyst at Radio Free Euope/Radio Liberty Research Institute. A regular contributor to the Report on the USSR of Radio Liberty and journals on Soviet studies, Tolz compiled The USSR in 1989: A Record of Events (1990).
