Victoria Woolf BaileyVictoria Woolf Bailey began writing poetry in her teens but never had the good sense to give it up. While studying English and Journalism in college she spent four summers traveling all over the country by herself on a Greyhound bus. She attended moutain climbing school in New Mexico and hitchhiked coast to coast. It was the seventies.After years of traveling and living in eight different states, she finally found the home of her dreams in a small town in rural Kentucky.In 2012 she won the Accents Publishing Short Poem Award from the Kentucky State Poetry Society as well as Honorable Mention in the Carnegie Center for Literacy and Learning's Next Great Writers contest. Her work has been published in a number of journals including, The Heartland Review, Still: The Journal, The Tipton Poetry Journal, Kudzu and Pegasus as well as the Motif 3 anthology All the Livelong Day published by MotesBooks.
