Vince AlettiJed Fielding is an award-winning photographer who studied with Aaron Siskind and Harry Callahan at the Rhode Island School of Design, then earned his MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He has photographed extensively in Peru,Greece, Egypt, Spain, the United States, and Italy and has been photographing in Mexico for more than thirty years. Fielding's photographs have been widely exhibited and are represented in numerous private and public collections. His first book, City of Secrets: Photographs of Naples by Jed Fielding, was published in 1997. Britt Salvesen is director and chief curator of the Center for Creative Photography, University of Arizona, Tucson. Vince Aletti reviews photography exhibitions for the New Yorker's "Goings on About Town" section and is currently an adjunct curator at the International Center of Photography, New York.
