Vincent C AlfonsoVincent C. Alfonso, Ph.D., is the dean of the School of Education at Gonzaga University. He is past president of Division 16 (School Psychology) of the American Psychological Association (APA), fellow of Divisions 5, 16, and 43 of the APA, and a certfied school psychologist and licensed psychologist.
