Vo Ngoc DieuVo Ngoc Dieu received his B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in electrical engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam, in 1995 and 2000, respectively and his D.Eng. degree in energy from Asian Institute of Technology(AIT), Pathumthani, Thailand in 2007. He is Research Associate at Energy Field of Study, AIT and lecturer at Department of Power Systems, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.
