W C LaTourWilliam Charles Latour was born and raised in Westchester County, New York where he currently resides. He graduated from The Hackley Lower School, St. George's School, and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a founding ember of the Penn Ultimate Frisbee Team in 1976.
