Born and raised in Humarock Beach, MA, he was a "gifted" child - able to read and write at four years of age., with absolutely zero time or respect for established institutions. Thrown out of Catholic schol at 12 for giving the entire school the finger during Mass...and mooning a police officer from the back of the school bus.
