W. Clinton TerryI am an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice in the School of Policy and Management at Florida International University. I received a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of California at Santa Barbara and was a DAAD Fellow at the University of oettingen in Goettingen, Germany. I have taught criminology and criminal justice at the California State University at Fresno, the University of Florida, and at Florida International University. My interests are in criminology/criminal justice.  My career began with police studies, particularly within the broader area of police organization and behavior as a reflection of broader socio--economic and historical trends.
