Dr Vincent Wee is a leading authority on career development, business and HR advisory. While in MINDEF and MHA, he had led and provided his expertise Career Transition and Continuing Education for Senior Officers, Warrant Officers and full-time NSpersonnel.

Dr Vincent Wee is a Master Trainer and Lead Consultant for many for corporate training programs and HR consultancy. He held several senior management positions as CEOs of many public listed companies during his 30 years of corporate and consulting practice with the Neptune Orient Lines, ST Electronics, Freight Link Express Holdings, Sea Containers UK, James Cook University and Central Queensland University. Dr Wee has given many public talks for many companies and government agencies.

Among the projects and assignments he consulted include education services, HR and career development, company core values inculcation, leadership competencies design and development, talent management and succession planning programs and managing organizational transitions programs. Dr Wee has been instrumental in designing customized training and academic programs.

Besides having a good academic background with a MBA and Doctorate degree from Central Queensland University Australia, he is also a certified ACTA trainer, a Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), a certified Senior Human Resource Professional (SHRI certification) and Practising Management Consultant (PMC) with SBACC.

He was appointed as member of Spring Singapore SAC Working Group on Accreditation Scheme for Approved Training Provider Certification (TP) and for Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) as member for Employability skills and Training Council.
