Wendy G TroxelDr. Wendy G. Troxel is the Director of the NACADA Center for Research at Kansas State University, and an Associate Professor and Coordinator of the PhD in Leadership in Academic Advising program in the Department of Special Education, Counseling, andStudent Affairs (SECSA). She teaches graduate level classes in research methods, assessment of academic advising, and supports the scholarly work of graduate students and NACADA members. Her research interests related to academic advising focus on evidence of student learning and growth throughout the critical transitions of higher education, the context of commitment and support for scholarly advising, and equitable assessment techniques in and out of the classroom.
