William AlexanderMr. Alexander’s career and education have centered around health communication and public health, particularly women’s health. In his current position as editorial associate at Ipas, an international nonprofit organization dealing with women’s reprodctive health, he writes, edits, and publishes materials designed to improve women’s sexual and reproductive rights and to reduce maternal morbidity and mortality around the world. Before working at Ipas, Mr. Alexander worked for MEASURE Evaluation, a global organization that helps USAID-funded countries to improve their systems to confront disease, population issues, and poverty. He also has worked for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, the Embassy of Kazakhstan, and the American Social Health Association.
