William C. MeekerDr. Meeker is President of Palmer College of Chiropractic-West Campus, in San Jose, California. Prior to that he was Vice-President for Research for Palmer College of Chiropractic and the Director of the PalmerCenter for Chiropractic Research (PCCR).During his tenure, the PCCR was awarded significant funds from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to conduct chiropractic related research and advance the scientific training of chiropractors. He is a former member of the National Advisory Council of the NationalCenter for Complementary and Alternative Medicine at NIH, and a former member of the Governing Council of the American Public Health Association. He serves on the editorial boards of The Spine Journal, the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics, and others. He was recently awarded “George B.
