William M. CahillBill Cahill is a retired Air Force officer who lives in the Washington DC area. A Weapons Officer with squadron and wing-level experience, he also served on the Air Staff in the Pentagon and in an inter-agency capacity outside of DoD. Mr. Cahill is agraduate of San Jose State University and has MS degrees from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and the National Defense Intelligence College.
