William M. WallaceWILLIAM MCDONALD WALLACE retired from Boeing in 1992 where he was Chief Economist for commercial airplanes. He is now the Chair of Economics at St. Martin's College in Lacey, Washington. Wallace has also served as a management and economic consultantin the U.S. and abroad, with extended tours in Britain, Brazil, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Nigeria. He is also the author of How to Save Free Enterprise (1974), a book which was based on an article he published in the Wall Street Journal.
