Dr. Lee received his PhD from Penn State University in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design. He is the lead author of hree books about multimedia instructional design and one on organizational development. He has worked for numerous major corporations during his career including, American Airlines, EDS, and Ferranti Defense Systems, as well as The American Heart Association as a manager and director of training and education. He has been on the faculties of Clarion University of Pennsylvania, Penn State University, Virginia State University, University of Oklahoma, and the University of Texas at Dallas. He has been a featured speaker at local, regional, national, and international conferences and was the chair of the ASTD Technology Conference in 2002.
