WolfI have over 35 years of personal experience in studying the Black and Brown communities and what makes them tick. I know why some do better than others against all odds! I understand why we choose bad relationships over good ones. I've lived through very depressing childhood where I've witnessed what a bad relationship can do to a beautiful young and innocent God-fearing woman. I've known many couples who didn't make it and many women who never found a serious partner for marriage; they now have children, nonetheless. I don't believe we have a dating problem in the Black and Brown communities. There have been many books written on dating advice for women, etc. I challenge those books! The real issue is not how to date a MAN in the beginning of a relationship. The real issue is, do you have a MAN in the relationship? We have a "classification" problem, and it doesn't have much to do with how tall, handsome and or sexy a guy is to you. Good marriage prospects for women have very little to do with his looks, not even how much money he is making for the "average" sista! Yes, those are highly attractive traits and could be overpowering too! Unfortunately, you need a bit more information to win in the relationship game, where you will need discipline, commitment, trust, support, balance, and security.
