Xavier BétaucourtXavier Bétaucourt is a French writer, born in Lille, France. He studied literature and film before becoming a television journalist. After creating his own magazine dedicated to the 9th Art, he dove into the world of sequential storytelling. Mixing hs background in journalism with his passion for illustrative art, he wrote two nonfiction comics: Bouclier Humain (Human Shield) with Grand Angle, then Noir métal (Black Metal) through Delcourt.
